Position: Lead Installer
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Salary and Benefits Package:
\r\n\r\n· $24 - $30 and hour, commensurate with experience
\r\n\r\n· Full-time, non-exempt
\r\n\r\n· Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift
\r\n\r\n· Occasional overtime and prevailing wage work
\r\n\r\n· 401k with employer contributions - When hired on
\r\n\r\n· Paid holidays, sick, and vacation - when hired on
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Essential Functions:
\r\n\r\n· Install countertops in both commercial job sites with skill and precision.
\r\n\r\n· Read and interpret drawings, take accurate measurements, and perform detailed field cuts that meet project specs.
\r\n\r\n· Lead an on-site installation team, ensuring deadlines are met and safety protocols are followed.
\r\n\r\n· Effectively communicate with clients, building superintendents, installation crews, and project managers to ensure top-quality results and durability.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
\r\n\r\n· Minimum 5 years installation experience required.
\r\n\r\n· Valid California Driver’s License AND clean driving record required.
\r\n\r\n· Strong and effective communication skills.
\r\n\r\n· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
\r\n\r\n· Attention to detail, pride of craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
\r\n\r\n· Proficient in stone finish work, installation, and demonstrated experience using all hand and power tools used to install countertop materials.
\r\n\r\n· Ability to problem solve on-site
\r\n\r\n· Dependable with strong work ethic
\r\n\r\n· Ability to lift and carry in excess of 75 lbs. on a consistent basis with a team
\r\n\r\n· Ability to work in a demanding environment.
\r\n\r\n· Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
\r\n\r\n· Team player, positive, enthusiastic and motivated self-starter.
\r\n\r\n· Ability to work in teams and independently, managing time effectively.
\r\n\r\n· Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and out of town when needed.
\r\n\r\n· Basic math skills for measuring.
\r\n\r\nRequirements:
\r\n\r\n· Pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and pre-employment physical required.
\r\n\r\n· Clean criminal background necessary for access to job sites and residential contracts.
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Preferred Skills and Experience:
\r\n\r\n· Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
\r\n\r\n· OSHA Training 10 hour or 30-hour course preferred.
