**Job Title: Lead Finish Carpenter/Handyman** $35-$40/hr **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Lead Finish Carpenter/Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing doors and hardware, including lever sets, weather strips, door closures, panic doors, and door stops. You will also be required to wire panic doors and lead a team of up to 5 people while working independently. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be proficient in navigating iPads, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities** + Install doors and hardware, such as lever sets, weather strips, door closures, panic doors, and door stops. + Wire panic doors. + Read and follow step-by-step installation instructions. + Lead a team of up to 5 people and work independently. + Use hand tools and power tools, including cordless drills, driver bits, screwdrivers, saws, angle grinders, and tape measures. + Read and interpret blueprints and change orders. **Essential Skills** + 2-4 years of experience as a finishing carpenter or in a specialty sub trade. + Experience overseeing up to 5 people. + Valid driver's license. + Proficiency in using basic power and hand tools. + Ability to read and follow installation instructions. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and change orders. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Leadership experience. + Experience as an Installation Technician. + Proficiency in Microsoft 360 suite. **Why Work Here?** Opportunity for permanent employment upon successful project completion (July 2026).
