Overview The Lead Installer is responsible for managing and executing the installation of food service equipment at client sites. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities + Delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide. + Taking direction from others to complete the job and good communication with the General Contractor on-site + Must lead other installers in a helper role to be productive and to follow the standards of the company to complete the job. + Moving heavy objects and working with power tools + Communicating directly with customers and with our project managers is critical for the successful execution of the job. + Some warehouse work and building maintenance are required on rare occasions.
