Under general direction, develops and administers sales training programs to the organization's sales staff. Presents established and effective sales training methods, techniques, and ideas. Teaches sales trainees how to develop prospective client and customer lists. Reports on progress of sales trainees and personnel under guidance during training period. Assists in developing new training courses associated with the introduction of new products or services. Role typically requires more than 5 years of experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing cutting-edge learning solutions within our highly matrixed organization. Success in this position requires a strong foundation in instructional design principles, proficiency with modern eLearning tools, and exceptional project management and time management capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver engaging eLearning modules, courses, and training materials aligned with business objectives.Utilize advanced tools within the Articulate suite (Storyline, Rise, etc.) and Camtasia to create interactive and visually appealing content.Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.Apply instructional design theories and best practices to craft learner-centered experiences that drive knowledge retention and application.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of learning projects, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.Provide expertise in optimizing content for Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring compatibility and seamless learner experiences.Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend innovative training solutions.Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and analytics.Preferred Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing eLearning projects.Proficiency in the Articulate suite, Camtasia, and other modern eLearning tools.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Background in managing and deploying content via Learning Management Systems (LMS), with familiarity in LMS administration being a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment.A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Why Join Us?
