Kforce is looking for a Lead Integration Engineer for a contact to hire with a large organization in downtown Kansas City, MO. Local candidates are preferred, but client will consider 100% remote. Responsibilities: * Lead Integration Engineer will apply broad expertise and knowledge in highly specialized fields or several related disciplines * Lead and contribute to the development of the client's technology objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways * Oversee the technical aspects of projects from inception to completion * Define project requirements and architecture solutions * Manage technical risks and ensure high-quality deliverables * Display -ownership- for a service, process, or application program * As a Lead Integration Engineer, you will make recommendations for policy changes and understand/provide analytical validation of the implications of certain policy changes * Budget planning, resource allocation, and participation in hiring decisions and performance evaluations * Demonstrate mastery of processes; Internally recognized specialist in area of expertise * Demonstrate knowledge in multiple platforms, technologies, and specializations (depth and breadth) * Contribute to higher risk/impact projects and take accountability for results which may impact the entire function * Assume more of a supervisory role with vendors and staff while networking with key contacts outside own area of expertise
