Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as the architectural authority for your technology area of responsibility. Each day, you will guide and lead Solution Architects to ensure the integrity of the technology architecture. You will also showcase your expertise by realizing the benefits from standardization, synergy, and optimization of the technology landscape across business and domains.The work model for the role is: #Li-hybridThis role is contributing to the Enterprise IS Technology Architecture in Global region. Main stakeholders are Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Technology and Platforms .You will be mainly accountable for:•\tContribute and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.•\tCollaborate with stakeholders to design IT systems that meet business requirements.•\tWork closely with other architects to ensure the integrity of the enterprise architecture across the organization.•\tAssist business leaders and their teams in evaluating the technological, business, and operational implications of their technology investment decisions.•\tIdentify innovative solutions and validate their value within the ABB environment.•\tDevelop and maintain target architecture and associated documentation such as technical blueprints, reference architectures, and technology standards.•\tConduct evaluations of market trends, technologies, and vendors. Qualifications for the role

\t10+ years of experience with IT infrastructure, applications, and security processes and solutions, including:o\tProven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) for environments with 100k+ userso\tExtensive technical expertise in Active Directoryo\tExtensive Knowledge and Experience with EntraID Security, Governance, and Compliance Solutionso\tHands-on experience designing and deploying administrative tier models for Active Directoryo\tDeep experience with Azure B2C/Entra ID external identities and CIAMo\tStrong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, WS-Federation (WSFED), and the Microsoft Graph APIo\tExperience with federation services, multi-factor authentication (MFA), enterprise single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM)o\tProficiency in integrating applications with IAM and SSO solutionso\tSolid foundation in information security principleso\tFamiliarity with manufacturing/operational technology environments in the context of IAM is a pluso\tExperience with IAM integrations based on ServiceNow and ClearSkye is a pluso\tKnowledge of other IAM platforms (e.g., Google Identity Platform, Okta) is a plus\tStrategic thinking with extensive experience implementing Zero Trust frameworks for identity management\tProven ability in global project planning and execution, including economic aspects of system management and lifecycle management\tExperience in leading IT teams indirectly (i.e., teams that do not report directly to you)\tTechnical Documentation writer proficiency\tStrong capability to objectively evaluate solutions and make actionable recommendations\tExpertise in analyzing business requirements and developing technical solutions and frameworks\tExcellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels\tFluent in English with strong interpersonal skills
