Lead Java Engineer
We are seeking a **Lead Software Engineer** with strong expertise in Java and proven leadership experience to guide development efforts and drive high-quality software delivery. In this role, you will provide technical direction, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and lead both onshore and offshore teams while remaining hands-on in coding and problem-solving.
