Job Description A large financial institution in Newark Delaware is seeking a Lead Java/ Middleware Developer to join their growing team. This team goes into the office 3x a week. The lead will not only be leveraged for their best practice development skills, but also for the installation of vendor products like SASS Fraud Management. This resource should be a natural problem solver with the ability to check logs for issues, and work directly with the vendor when needed for resolution. They should be skilled in Java, SQL and UNIX scripting, and willing to mentor more junior team members on Java best practices.
