Job Summary Providing lead coach experience for our Independent Living Program in our North Bay area location, which will include Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties.  You will be supporting the Program Manager under general supervision. This position also provides support to the Life Skill Coaches and the individuals we serve. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may be substituted with work experience. Experience: Case Management experience preferred. Minimum 1 year of Case Manager, Life Skills Coach, or similar experience. Minimum 1 year of experience working with those with Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities.                                     Knowledge/Skills: Driven, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
