Lead Life Skills Coach
Job Summary Providing lead coach experience for our Independent Living Program in our North Bay area location, which will include Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties.  You will be supporting the Program Manager under general supervision. This position also provides support to the Life Skill Coaches and the individuals we serve. Acting as a liaison between all parties to ensure accuracy and streamlined processes.  What we offer: - Company pays 50% of medical plan (Employee only) - Medical, dental, vision, plus++++ - Paid vacation time for Full-time employee   Company-paid holidays for FT employees - PLUS Primary Responsibilities + Provide services as described in the Life Skills Coach job description. + Provide support to the branch Program Manager + Provide training to current and new Life Skills Coaches. + Provides coverage support for optimum billing for the assigned branch. + Provides support for client home visit(s)/check(s) and client inquires. + Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may be substituted with work experience. Experience: Case Management experience preferred. Minimum 1 year of Case Manager, Life Skills Coach, or similar experience. Minimum 1 year of experience working with those with Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities.                                     Knowledge/Skills: Driven, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
