What will I be doing?
Assists in leading daily operations of the pool facility, leads personnel functions such as orientation, training, scheduling, rotations, and recognition of lifeguards. Maintains a positive, collaborative work environment between staff and management. Ensures team understand performance standards, uniforms and appearance standards. Provides emergency care/treatment, as needed. Responds to any level of incident or emergency around the pool areas and the facility. Above all, the safety of our owners/guests is of the highest importance in this safety sensitive position. Oversees and directs all activities at the pool/pool deck areas. Resolves any problems arising, reports any unresolved problems. Routinely inspects area to ensure cleanliness, equipment is in good working condition. Performs various maintenance duties, proves that all logs are up to date and accurate. May be required to do other duties; willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate..
