The Armory Hotel in downtown Bozeman, MT is looking for a motivated and passionate lead line cook for our fine dining restaurant, Fielding’s.  Focusing on local, seasonal ingredients with technique driven execution, our food is very approachable and not fussy.  Schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday, 2pm to close (9pm) plus break down and clean up. 

You must have at least 5 years’ experience in from scratch kitchens, a good knowledge of basic kitchen etiquette and a desire to succeed and grow.  This is a highly collaborative, professional environment.
