A motivated culinary professional who is organized, detail oriented and knowledgeable. You will be an integral part of our kitchen team with a passion for food and a guest first mentality. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure. You have superior culinary standards of excellence and work closely with our chefs to develop and execute menus. You have a strong desire to learn and be a mentor among your peers.

What you bring to the table:

3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchenAbility to communicate effectively with management, guests, and your peersExtensive knowledge of food and cooking techniques including advanced knifework, butchery, and fabricationA positive attitude and an active interest leadershipFamiliarity with Microsoft office suite of productsAbility to learn and retain information quicklyIntellectual curiosityAbility to work clean, organized, and as part of a teamAbility to move and lift 40 pounds at a timeAt least 18 years of ageMust be able to stand and walk for an extended period


Pay Range - $30.00/hr. to $35.00/hr.
