Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Linux administration, engineering, or architecture.

Expertise in RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or SUSE Linux distributions.

Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl for automation and system tasks.

Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform).

Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing in Linux environments.

Advanced knowledge of Linux security hardening, SELinux, and vulnerability management.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in Linux environments.

Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux-based cloud solutions.

Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB) in Linux environments.

Familiarity with BFSI-specific regulatory requirements and their impact on Linux system design.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
