The ideal candidate must be customer-driven and tech-savvy, with proven problem-solving abilities as well as retail & wholesale knowledge (2B & 2C) in footwear & apparel industry special at Great China market (Mainland China , HK & TW) , and eager to join a dynamic, agile and fast-growing environment. **Qualifications** + Bachelor degree or above, software engineering / computer science . + 5+ years of business analysis /technical product / program management experience , directly with software engineering teams (internal / external ) . Rich experience in converting business requirements into technical design documents . + 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, change , along with risk and critical path management experience , both waterfall & Agile model + Familiar with mainstream Cloud stack AWS/Azure/Alicloud…. , Spring Framework, DB (SQL/Non-SQL)… + Familiar with ITIL, strong ownership of overall service level + Excellent communication skills, presentation skills , ability to work in a customer-focused and target-driven environment + Excellent command of verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin + Relevant knowledge from planning to operation of retail company will be a plus + Sport MNC work experience will be a plus NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
