Who We Are:
HII- Mission Technologies is looking for a Lead Logistics Support Analyst to oversee the Joint Network Engineering and Emerging Operations (J-NEEO) and Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (STRI) Portfolio as well as the J-NEEO Task Order. This is a remote position with travel required (up to 25%) but would be based out of Las Vegas, NV to support multiple customers on site as required.
What You Will Do: Lead and synchronize all of the Logistics efforts in support of the J-NEEO and STRI Portfolio as well as the JNEEO Task Order. Lead and manage the J-NEEO and STRI Portfolio logisticians, creating an effective team and standardizing operations. Work directly with customer or customer representatives, brief the status of logistics processes, attend meetings, and deploy for special projects. Manage the input of requirements, purchase requests, and purchase orders; create standardized processes and managing risk. Coordinate both internally and externally to track project and equipment order status. Update customer and leadership on the status of orders and track estimated deliver dates. Obtain, screen, reduce, and analyze complex logistics and technical data and information. Manage, oversee, schedule, and assign tasks to one or more multiple jobs. Analyze and evaluate products and related performance. Install, upgrade, and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Maintain effective customer communications and relations. May provide onsite training of customer support personnel. What We're Looking For: 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience. Logistics experience in support of developing and fielding Live, Virtual Constructive DoD training. Experience with logistics operations at Nellis and the Virtual Test and Training Center (VTTC). Experience with DoD logistics and/or supply chain management programs, processes and regulatory guidnance. Experience with DoD contract vehicles and requirements, primarily GSA. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Experience reading and interpreting technical publications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and Air Force drawings. Clearance- must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
