Lead Home Health LVN - St. Joseph Health System Home Care Services
The Lead Home Health LVN functions under the supervision and guidance of the Director, Home Health. The Lead Home Health LVN organizes and directs the work of the non-clinical staff in the staffing and scheduling departments. The Lead Home Health LVN acts as a resource for clinical staff to ensure that effective patient care services are provided, and ensures quality standards are met. Individual must be able to manage a demanding workload with accuracy and demonstrate effective leadership. Responsibilities also include assisting both internal and external customers in providing patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Vocational Nursing.

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
