The Opportunity

  

Reporting to the Regional Head of Advanced Analytics, the Lead Machine Learning Engineer will take a leading role in building the AI / ML powered advanced analytics Applications and managing of the AI / Data platform environment to enable Wealth and Asset Management Asia in developing world class, robust, revenue generating, analytics driven marketing strategies and customer management program.

We are looking for someone with: 

 An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative field, complemented by significant professional experience.Proven expertise in developing and scaling Generative AI solutions, along with a track record of solving complex business challenges through data science, with at least 8 years of experience in these areas.Proficiency in data pipeline and machine learning production architecture especially with Azure services, with advanced skills in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL and relevant prompt engineering packages like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Llamaindex as well as a deep understanding of agile solution development principles.Hands-on experience with data frameworks and cloud platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and Spark, demonstrating a focus on Generative AI solution implementation and scaling.Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex data science concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly within the context of RAG chatbot development.A solid track record of successfully deploying Generative AI solutions into production, delivering measurable business value.Previous experience in the investment and insurance business, with a specific emphasis on Generative AI tech patterns and architecture using Azure and OpenAI services, is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in teamwork, showcasing the ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.A team player with the ability to successfully manage interaction with internal clients and work independently and within a team environment with professionalism and collaborationExperience working in the regional team would be an advantage

On the job you will: 

Lead the development of AI/ML powered advanced analytics applications with high impact use cases on sales growth, business profitability, client retention and customer satisfaction.Manage the AI/ Data platform environment and continuously facilitate onboarding of additional machine learning models and data sources and simplify architecture by using appropriate engineering methods.Develop and implement AI/ ML models to tackle complex business challenges, utilizing a diverse range of algorithms and techniques, with a primary emphasis on AI tech patterns like RAG and multi-agent approach.Drive the adoption of insights from Generative AI solutions by influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.Manage the data operations and data delivery for marketing and customer value management programs, as well as automate processes and tasks across systems and sources.Support the operationalization of the propensity models developed for campaign execution.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI/ML, with a dedicated focus on Generative AI tech patterns and architecture, to continuously enhance our Generative AI capabilities.
