Wood is currently recruiting for a Lead level Maintenance and Reliability Consultant to join our Maintenance Consultancy Solutions team. Wood is providing professional Maintenance and Reliability Consultancy services to support all areas of asset management, reliability, maintenance, sparing and operational readiness for energy and resource clients across the Asia pacific region. The team supports Wood delivery and client engagements to realise the best value for the engagement while developing further opportunities. ​

This role can be based in either Brisbane or Perth and is offered as a full-time permanent staff position reporting to the APAC Regional Maintenance Consultancy Solutions Manager.

In this role you will be working in a variety of engagements, including business development, project work packages and campaigns that will draw on your interpersonal and collaboration skills to deliver the described scope.

You will lead the client technical engagement along with the development and delivery of asset management, asset performance management, and reliability engineering solutions addressing client needs within the Global and APAC region alongside the wider Wood business. You will provide specialist knowledge and technical project management input, assurance and guidance and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of specialisation. You will also be expected to lead a small team of varying levels of experience, supporting and mentoring team members and ensuring that they comply with all business governance, policies and procedures.
