THE JOB: 

It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Tech Engineering to serve as a Crew Leader and supervise Maintenance Technicians and ensure all work scheduled is assigned and completed.

THE STARTING RATE:  $23.48

THE DAY-TO-DAY: 

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff with assignments, complete and close-out work orders, walk daily route, report and supervise necessary repairsRecognize equipment that needs repairs, adjustments, or replacement, maintain equipment and logbooksEnsure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all timesKeep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methodsMaintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention

   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

Able to operate a skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, or other heavy equipmentKnowledgeable of repair and preventative maintenance of facilities equipmentGeneral knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsAble to lead and mentor a teamEffective listening abilities with strong judgment skillsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsMaintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
