THE JOB:
The primary responsibility of the Tech Facilities Lead is to oversee and coordinate all scheduled maintenance and repair work, ensuring tasks are assigned efficiently and completed to the highest standards. 

THE STARTING RATE:$23.48

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff, assigning tasks, completing and closing out work orders, conducting daily inspections, and supervising necessary repairs.

Identify equipment requiring repairs, adjustments, or replacements, while maintaining logbooks and ensuring proper upkeep.

Ensure all equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Stay up to date on the latest techniques and advancements in maintenance practices.

Maintain a strong focus on safety and accident prevention at all times.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Proficient in operating Skyjack, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment.

Skilled in facility equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.

Possesses a solid understanding of basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Capable of communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Experienced in leading and mentoring a team to achieve operational goals.

Strong listening skills with sound judgment in decision-making.

Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent

Has at least 4 years of experience in a similar facilities/maintenance role
