Lead Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Lead Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery. The role involves troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, including 480v and basic PLCs. This position requires performing maintenance project work and completing all preventive maintenance (PM) tasks during the day shift. **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of maintenance technicians and assign tasks. + Repair industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hydraulics and pneumatics. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting for systems up to 480v and basic PLCs. + Perform maintenance project work as needed. + Work primarily with extruding equipment, focusing on PM and project work on the third shift. **Essential Skills** + MUST have experience working extensively with hydraulics and machine lubrication of hydraulics, + At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (with 2+ years of leadership/lead role) + Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. + Experience with 480v electrical systems and basic PLC troubleshooting. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your technical skills are valued and you have the opportunity to work on challenging projects. The role is primarily during the night shift, focusing on preventive maintenance and project work. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00/hr.
