As a Lead Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell\nAerospace, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance operations for our\norganization. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and\nupkeep of our test and production equipment. With your expertise you will contribute to the\noverall efficiency, safety, and reliability of our operations. You will report\ndirectly to our facilities Manager, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA\nlocation. In this role, you will impact the organization by: programming and troubleshooting\nnew and existing equipment. Collaborating with Engineering and Production\nMaintenance teams to address maintenance/software issues. Monitoring and\nanalyzing maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous\nimprovement initiatives.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The annual salary range for this position is $38.37- $47.98. Please note that this\ncompensation information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to program and address software issues
• Ability to work independently using manuals, engineer\ndrawings or blueprints to solve equipment issues
• Collaborate with Engineers to address maintenance issues
Hands on electrical and mechanical experience
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends\nand implement continuous improvement initiatives
