Job Description We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to assist with troubleshooting and repairs of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities include servicing pumps, valves, and pneumatic controls, as well as installing and modifying building equipment. The role involves replacing and repairing building finishes, inspecting for unsafe conditions, and maintaining fire safety systems. Candidates must respond to emergencies, use technology effectively, and comply with safety regulations and dress codes. Carpentry and snow removal tasks are also required.
