LEAD MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a Workforce Management Team Lead in the Workforce Management Directorate of MARCORSYSCOM. Responsibilities You will assign tasks, coordinate study/analysis efforts, provide guidance and direction, monitor and track teamwork assignments and progress, and provide input to annual performance. You will manage new initiatives such as in-sourcing, requiring participation on Marine Corps or higher-level working groups as well as periodic data calls and reports. You will develop, design, and/or update complex recurring reports often requiring input from sources external to the business area. You will coordinate and complete periodic workforce reports (e.g. attrition, manpower levels, demographics) You will lead and/or participate in the management of command-wide Human Capital Strategic Planning initiatives. You will lead and/or conduct analysis of personnel survey (DEOMI Occupational Climate Survey, MCSC Exit Survey, Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey) data results. You will develop and present briefs to senior leaders. You will serve as a mentor and provide guidance and training to junior analysts. You will lead/participate in process improvement efforts within Workforce Management. You will provide responses to data calls from senior leaders, often requiring specific ad hoc queries of data. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: gathering, analyzing, developing, and maintaining operational, manpower and historical data to prepare a variety of human resources reports.
