LEAD MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Administrative Services Office (Code C1130) in the Corporate Operations Department (Code C1100) of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center in MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR. Responsibilities You will Identify problem areas such as work distribution, manning inadequacies, inappropriate use of resources etc., and provides recommendations for improved methods. You will serve as the advisor on military personnel procedures, military administrative procedures, personnel communications, and other management matters. You will act as a liaison between the Personnel Support Detachment and the MARMC on all military personnel matters. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing administrative and analytical duties in military manning management, personnel actions and general administration. Experience conducting studies of turnover rates, projected rotation expiration, end-of-enlistment expiration ratios, and making recommendations to management. Experience studying the organizational structure, identifying anticipated problem areas with expired prospective gains and prospective losses that do not screen for sea duty to execute orders accordingly. Experience performing tasks or be familiar with the various systems related to Military pay and personnel. Experience participating in special studies, process action team efforts or review panels to evaluate various programs, operations and manning. Experience preparing reports of findings and presenting recommendations to improve the efficiency of MARMC's programs and operations. Experience serving as the resident expert in matters pertaining to military obligations, re-enlistments, leave, performance evaluations officer fitness reports, allowances, eligibility for armed forces identification and privilege cards and other matters related to military personnel functions. Experience analyzing significant military personnel issues and performing a detailed review of questionable situations that may require administrative corrective actions, answers inquiries of a questionable and more complex nature. Experience reviewing changes in regulations and policies and providing advice, guidance, and applicable interpretations.
