The position exists to support Elsevier’s Lead Management team and is focused on pre-qualification of leads using agreed upon guidelines, lead analysis and enrichment using all available resources such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CapIQ, and other public data sources available on the internet.The position exists to support Elsevier’s Lead Management team and is focused on pre-qualification of leads using agreed upon guidelines, lead analysis and enrichment using all available resources such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CapIQ, and other public data sources available on the internet.
Accountabilities:
+ Pre- qualification process of new sales lead request - research, enrichment and validation
+ Use of analytical skills to assign quality leads to sales
+ Ensures timely and accurate assignment of leads to sales
+ Actively uses Salesforce and CRM for purpose of entering relevant, complete and insightful information for sales
+ Communicate effectively across entire Lead Management team
+ share information willingly with team members
+ Maintain a positive attitude towards work and team members
+ Utilize resources and expertise as appropriate
+ Ensure information being provided to the team members is accurate
+ Shares best practices and provides constructive input around all Lead Management matters
+ Serves as backup for others as needed
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree holder
+ Working knowledge on MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, Tableau, etc.
+ Verbal and written communication skills
+ Able to adapt and learn to use external base tools
