Job Summary: The position exists to support Elsevier’s Marketing Operations and Data and Analytics teams and is focused on using all available resources such as Salesforce, and other In-House platforms, to enrich Marketing Qualified Lead data, facilitate processing of MQL’s , expedite lead assignments to sales representatives, and enable ROI reporting. Accountabilities: + Research and assign Organizational Salesforce Identification codes for new and historical Marketing Qualified Leads + Facilitate timely and accurate upload and/or manual entry of MQL’s and contacts to Salesforce + Actively uses Salesforce and CRM for purpose of entering relevant, complete and insightful information for marketing and sales operations + Communicate effectively across entire Lead Management team + share information willingly with team members + Maintain a positive attitude towards work and team members + Utilize resources and expertise as appropriate + Ensure information being provided is accurate + Shares best practices and provides constructive input around all Lead Management matters + Serves as backup for others as needed Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree holder + Working knowledge on MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, Tableau, etc. + Verbal and written communication skills + Able to adapt and learn to use external database tools We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
