Lead Management Program Analyst

We’re seeking a Lead Management Program Analyst to help us scale our lead scoring and routing operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, this role will work closely with Demand Generation, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to refine lead quality, enhance speed-to-lead, and ensure seamless lead handoff across the organization. Your expertise will help shape our lead management framework, creating greater alignment and efficiency throughout the lead lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

Shape and Optimize Lead Flow: Design and maintain routing rules and lifecycle automation in RingLead and Marketo, ensuring leads land with the right team, fast.

Document and Share Knowledge: Build and maintain process documentation to support lead scoring, routing, and handoff activities, enabling clarity and consistency for all stakeholders.

Collaborate for Impact: Partner with Demand Generation and Business Development teams to enhance lead quality, response times, and routing accuracy, directly contributing to our revenue growth and operational excellence.

Troubleshoot and Innovate: Proactively monitor and resolve routing and data structure issues, implementing immediate solutions while developing root-cause fixes to enhance future processes.

Empower the Team: Train and enable cross-functional team members on established processes, ensuring alignment across Marketing and Sales teams.

Experience you’ll bring:

B2B Lifecycle Mastery: You know the ins and outs of B2B lead and customer lifecycle, demand generation metrics, and sales handoffs.

Problem-Solving and Solution Orientation: You can assess business needs, propose technical solutions, and drive the development and rollout of new processes and technology.

Data-Driven Mindset: Curious and analytical, skilled in leveraging data to inform decisions, set goals, and drive continuous improvement across the lead funnel.

Detail-Oriented Approach: Exceptional attention to detail with an aptitude for managing and understanding complex processes and systems.

Marketing Automation Expertise: Advanced Marketo knowledge (Marketo Certified Expert preferred) with experience orchestrating data flows across MarTech tools.

Preferred qualifications/skills

Routing Platforms: Experience with RingLead or similar platforms for routing

Lead Scoring & Intent Activation: Skilled in leveraging lead scoring models and intent signals from platforms like Demandbase and ZoomInfo to prioritize high-value leads and target accounts.

Data Visualization: Proficient with Tableau and collaboration with analytics engineers to craft dashboards that deliver valuable insights.

Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $89,600 - $104,800 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
