Reports to - Director, Retail Contracts & Programs

Number of Direct Reports - 0

Core Relationships

Internal – Growth Management Team, Trade Marketing, Finance, LEX, Brand Marketing

External – DBS Monterrey (Data Hub)

Travel Required - Up to 10%

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Support the development of retail contracts and trade programs through data-driven volume and financial modeling.Establish, manage, and track key performance indicators across the Total Nicotine Industry contract universe by:Translating key business questions to necessary data dimensionsBuilding and proposing key metricsCollaborate with trade partners ensuring contract strategy and execution meets business objectives.Partner cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, LEX, Finance, and Brand Marketing to develop best-in-class retail programs.Collaborate with Growth Management partners to simplify trade execution while maintaining flexibility to meet volume and financial goals.Proactively suggest ideas to simplify trade execution while maintaining flexibility to meet volume and financial goals.Visualize, articulate, and present viewpoints to function stakeholders for alignmentAssist in the acceleration of GBS within the team through coaching, demonstration, and mentoring. Aid the entire team through helping to upskill GBS counterparts and ensure the team is embedded into daily activity.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Experience in data analysis, commercial finance, or Trade Marketing. CPG experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to deliver in a team environmentStrong problem solving and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerpointAbility to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex models in a simple manner.Undergraduate degree (mathematics, statistics, marketing, or business administration preferred)MBA a plus
