ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We’re seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our Consumer Marketing team as a Mobile Product Manager, Consumer Marketing. The role will be responsible for ensuring that mobile is the backbone of our omni-channel initiatives, providing seamless journeys for Adult Consumers and driving a mobile-first approach. As part of the Marketing Services team, the Mobile Product Manager will play an integral part in ensuring that positive relationships are maintained with the brands and Adult Tobacco Consumers.

In this critical role, you’ll collaborate with Brand Marketing to help develop the 1:1 mobile business strategy, then continuously improve and supervise the mobile web and mobile app experiences. Taking into consideration user and performance data and key business drivers, the Product Manager will introduce new and enhanced features and functionality, provide mobile subject matter expertise, project management, business requirements, and prioritization vital to deliver outstanding user experiences that meet the company’s goals and business objectives. Building and encouraging relationships with many stakeholders (IT, Operations, Trade, Finance, and external agencies) is critical to success in this position.

As a mobile Lead / Product Manager, you’ll help build and share learning and standard methodologies, socialize new success models, and drive digital behavior adoption and engagement. This is a great position for someone with technical acumen who wants to transition into a business role or for someone in business operations who wants to focus more campaign delivery.

Reports to – Director Campaign Operation

Number of Direct Reports – NA

Core relationships – Internal: Internal Commercial Business units including, but not limited to Brand Marketing, Consumer Experience, Finance, Legal and DBS

External: Third Party providers, Vendors, Software and Service Providers

Travel required – Up to 10%

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Lead business-side of mobile web and mobile app development with a focus on business execution to drive high levels of engagement and help build the roadmap for the mobile development team.Collaborate with IT and other key stakeholders to develop and execute outstanding mobile strategies and programs for each brand in the portfolio.Help facilitate the execution of mobile roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the overall customer onboarding, growth, and dedication model in coordination with the rest of the CRM and marketing services teams.Work with reporting team to establish baseline reports and tagging elements for the brand to utilize. Also collaborates on benchmarks for overall mobile KPIs & Key Diagnostics.Cultivate relationships with Trade and Consumer Activation team to collaborate on best-in-class experiences using mobile devices and technology.Understand new and emerging technologies in the MarTech landscape and how Consumer brands can utilize these technologies to help grow their business through new or existing mobility enhancements.Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Mobile and Paper Coupon businesses to optimize campaigns, refine processes, streamline operations, and administer Coupon Industry requirements.Provide Subject Matter Expertise on QR Codes establishing and cultivating best practices, developing, and cascading learnings & analytics, and empowering Marketing personnel to optimize their QR Code Usage across touchpoints.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree required, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience. 5+ years of regulated industry experience5+ years of Digital Marketing experienceStrong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills.2-3+ years’ experience in the Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe AnalyticsDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize across many internal and Business projects. Experience in delivering SPA/ PWA/ Native apps with integration to other Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.Experience in working with different business stakeholders at all levels of the company and influence the       technical decision for implementations.Strong experience and familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologiesSelf-motivated, ability to work independently and investigate improvements to processes.Experience in working with multicultural teams at different levels in the organization.Proven experience in owning a platform and proactively driving towards excellence.
