THE JOB:  

As a Lead Manicurist you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to delivering exceptional services will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will provide elevated guest experiences and ensure the seamless operation of the Spa & Salon.

THE STARTING RATE:

50% commission-based pay, plus service charge and tips

THE SCHEDULE:

Salon Hours of Operation

Mon to Sun: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Sahra Spa, Salon & Hammam at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products

Perform a range of services including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications, ensuring services are concluded in allotted timeframes

Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

Contribute to the research, development, assessment, and implementation of new services, protocols, and professional product lines

Supervise and lead training for manicurists on the full range of nail services while organizing ongoing education, mentorship, and coaching to ensure adherence to established treatment and safety standards

Maintain a safe and clean environment, working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Must currently hold a Nevada issued Cosmetology license or Nevada issued Nail Technician license

Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Has prior leadership experience and can comfortably use Microsoft Office in a professional setting
