Essential Responsibilities:
Proactively problem solve and utilize creative thinking to drive implementation of new equipment in the rotor assembly and repair assemblyLead qualification of repair VTL, shaft lathe machining, and other repair capacity increase equipmentManage capacity increase projects and continuous improvement efforts in accordance with plant metrics Lead improvement efforts for across the cell for visual management, tooling, plant equipment, and safety/ergonomic solutionsProvide technical support for training of assemblers across areas of expertiseMaintain and improve process documentation to ensure consistent quality.Work with cross-functional team to drive 5s, operational rigor/ rhythm / standard work, training plan, and ensure projects are prioritized to align with business needsDrive improvements partnering with outside vendors to improve consumable costDevelop work instructions & procedures to support operator training and process controlSupport product qualifications as neededOther duties as assignedRequirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).Minimum of 2 year of experience in Production Process and EquipmentDesired Characteristics

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 8/19/24.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
