**Job Description Summary** Project management related to Services and MRO (Maintenance, repair and overhaul) for Aviation turpoprop engines. Readiness of Supply Chain organization for new engine (Catalyst) program . Responsible for Gate 1 (disassembly, cleaning, inspection) and Gate 3 (Assembly & Test) readiness and capacity expansion + supporting Gate 2 (parts repairs ) staff . **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Responsibility for industrialization of Engines MRO set up, Gate 1 - 3 , spare parts management + Support Gate 2 industrialization + Coordination and supervision of capacity, capability of MRO shops + Managing active cooperation of departments: supply chain, program management and product support / repair engineering. + TG (milestones) management **Required Qualifications** + Opportunity for candidates with experience to grow to senior level in multi disciplinary, multi location environment. (Mid career position. ) + Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction/industrialization)- Aviation industry + Experience with launch management (automotive industry) + Experience in Aviation services and/or MRO (advantage) + Fluent English.
