Who we are looking for…

Campbell’s Supply Chain and Procurement IT team is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Solution Architect to join our Digital Manufacturing team which is on a mission to transform our plant operations through delivery of seamlessly integrated digital systems. As the Digital Manufacturing Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our evolving plant technology stack and implementing new manufacturing, quality, and food safety capabilities across the enterprise. Leveraging your technical acumen and strategic vision, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that optimize manufacturing processes, drive operational efficiencies, and enforce best-in-class quality and food safety standards.

What you will do…

Act as the technical design authority for digital manufacturing solutions, aligning technical strategy with business objectives across multiple domains; Manufacturing, Quality, EH&S, ACR, Operational Excellence

Architect end-to-end solutions encompassing the entire technology stack (hardware, software, data & analytics, IIoT, cloud technologies, etc) to streamline manufacturing operations while maintaining alignment with corporate standards

Maintain technology reference models and frameworks, guiding the development and implementation of manufacturing solutions

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital manufacturing, IoT, Industry 4.0, and related domains to continuously enhance our digital capabilities

Serve as liaison to the Enterprise Architecture team, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture strategy and standards

Collaborate closely with corporate and plant engineering and manufacturing teams, as well as digital technology functions, to influence design decisions and drive scalable deployment.

Mentor junior solution architects and promote architecture best practices within the Digital Manufacturing team

What you bring to the table… (Must Have)

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience (5 years) architecting and implementing digital manufacturing solutions in a complex enterprise environment, with expertise in MES/MOM, Connected Worker Platforms, IIoT, and manufacturing data & analytics

Proficiency in a wide range of technologies and platforms, including but not limited to IIoT, cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and industrial automation systems.

Demonstrated experience designing and building modern decoupled software solutions, microservices and even-driven architecture...

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes.

If would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or other related architect certification

Experience with Aveva products (SCADA, MES, historian) with Certified Expert/Developer, a plus

Experience with Traksys Manufacturing Operations Management, Certified Solutions Architect, a plus

Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure IoT

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$105,000-$172,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
