Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience in manufacturing or quality)3 years of manufacturing quality shop floor experience in regulated industry (Aerospace, Medical, Nuclear, Oil and Gas, etc.)Desired Characteristics
