Lead Market Access (all genders) Immunology
Here, you get things moving: You lead a strong team of experts and act as a team player within Market Access with responsibility for an exceptional product portfolio (gastroenterology, dermatology, rheumatology). Connect the various aspects of market access to ensure patients' optimal supply of innovative medicines.
In detail, this means:
With your team, you ensure the development and implementation of integrated market access strategies (including HTA/AMNOG, negotiation and discount strategies).You represent Market Access in the cross-functional Immunology Leadership Team and actively promote brand strategies.You constantly assess external factors and anticipate the consequences for AbbVie. In cross-functional cooperation, you will find solutions before problems arise.You are responsible for the market access aspects within important planning processes.As a member of the Early Pipeline Team, you add the market access perspective to our clinical development programs and have a relevant impact on our pipeline.Close cooperation with Area and Global ensures the targeted implementation of global strategies and initiatives in the German market and connects you with relevant stakeholders outside the German affiliate.Qualifications

You have successfully completed a university degree in pharmacy, economics, health economics, natural sciences, public health or related disciplines.You have comprehensive expert knowledge of the German AMNOG process.You have relevant professional experience in market access or similar functions in the pharmaceutical industry or comparable activities in consulting or contract research companies.Several years of management experience or demonstrable experience in managing strategic projects will prepare you perfectly for this challenge.Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and complex stakeholder management, ideally in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment.You think and act in a solution-oriented manner paired with analytical skills, communication and assertiveness.Our contribution to you:
