Our Lead Market Development identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, creating strategic alliances and partnership programs, and developing strategies for expanding distribution and driving growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Leads data extraction, analysis, and inventory of key insights for targeting initiatives and custom pricing proposals.

Proficient in coding, Power Bi, SQL snowflake, power automate, python, tableau & any other automation programs.

Provides strategic data for planning, reporting and shaping custom deals through the custom deal desk.

Develops and codes all dashboarding for all custom deals data and reporting.

Ownership of all custom deal desk reporting and metrics.

Develop and implement comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives for custom deal desk.

Data and analysis of key insights for developing Wireline and Wireless deals.

Provide strategic data for planning and implementation of customer plays & custom deals.

Collaborate with the leadership team to understand and provide alignment on strategy and status of working initiatives.

Engages and influences partners to execute strategy for custom deals.

Provides ongoing assessment of partner needs, business drivers, and environment to guide ongoing partner development and execution.

Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Job Contribution:

Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influences executive decisions, mentors less experienced staff, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

5+ years of related experience.

Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Market Development, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
