**Work Schedule:**

**Overview** :
AT&T is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Manager of Communications Planning to join our team. As the Manager of Communications Planning, you will be responsible for developing communication plans across paid, owned, and earned channels that effectively communicate to specific audiences. Planning may involve identifying communications tasks across the journey, understanding the target audience and cultural landscape, identifying the appropriate channels and tactics within a campaign based on how creative and media best come together, and measuring its performance and effectiveness.
A successful candidate will be a subject matter expert, who can inspire new ways of thinking within large organizations, collaborate cross-functionally and understand how to identify opportunities at both a big picture and tactical level.
Requires advanced knowledge of communications planning professional field. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Evaluates impact on strategic marketing, communication planning objectives and brand strategies. This position is considered the foremost expert within the communications planning discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
• Develop communication plans that aligns brand positioning with consumer insights.
• Identify and leverage the right mix of owned, earned, and paid media to effectively reach our goals.
• Build campaigns that connect emotionally with consumers, using storytelling, cultural relevance, and impactful messaging to foster meaningful connections.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data to visualize, refine and optimize efforts that maximize ROI.
**Education** : Typically, Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Experience** : Typically, 5 - 8 years of experience in a related field.
**Supervisory** : No

Our Lead Marketing Communications earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
