Mon-Fri, First Shift

Starting pay: $24/hour ​

Key Responsibilities: 

Coordinate daily operations with receiving, packing, and shipping customer orders. Assign daily tasks to the team and assist wherever necessary to complete daily tasks.Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently while packing export orders.Assist in loading trucks/containersConduct weekly Gemba and Safety walkthroughs and address any issues noted for resolution.Work with the warehouse inventory team regarding any shortages.Assure orders are packed according to DOT/IATA and IMDG regulations.Assure each team member is adhering to all safety policies within the warehouse.Assist office staff with packing instructions, data entry, keying in packed orders and processing daily shipments while using DHL, FedEx, or UPS websites.

Minimum Qualifications

High school graduate or GED required / Associates or BA/BS degree preferred3+ years of experience packaging goods for global distribution and warehouse experience.3 + years of experience as a lead supporting other associates.3 + years of experience operating material handling equipment (i.e., forklift)Must be computer literate in MS Office, Excel, or other relevant packages.Detailed oriented with good written and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and evaluate work requirements to satisfy internal and external customers.

Preferred Experience:

HAZMAT packing certified (DOT/IATA/IMDG).Must have a high sense of urgency and complete the daily workload.
