Our client is seeking a Lead Mechatronics Engineer to join their robotics startup that’s revolutionizing the tire-changing process. They're designing and building advanced robotic systems to automate and streamline this essential industry task, making it safer, faster, and more efficient. 

As a Lead Mechatronics Engineer on the team, you will spearhead the design and development of complex mechatronic systems for their cutting-edge tire-changing robots. This is a unique opportunity to lead multidisciplinary projects, combining your expertise in mechanical design, electronics, control systems, and robotics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field). 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering mechatronic systems, preferably in robotics or automation. Expertise in mechanical system design (CAD), electronics, and control systems. Experience with multi-axis actuators, sensors, and embedded control systems. Strong project management and team collaboration skills. Proficiency in rapid prototyping, DFM, and FEA tools is a plus.
