What you need to know about this position: + This position provides clinical leadership and support to the physicians and medical practice. + Additionally, the position will continue provision of patient care as dictated by the staffing schedule. + The hourly range for this position is between $19.96 and $29.94. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. + This full-time position will require you to work 7:00am-7:00pm, 36 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation. What is required for this position: Education and/or Experience + One of the following required: + Associate’s Degree or certificate in Medical Assistant, Nursing or Practical Nurse Program + Two years related experience and/or training in a physician office setting + Equivalent combination of education and/or experience Certifications, Licenses, Registrations + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. + Certification or Registration as a medical assistant through a recognized certification organization such as the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA); American Medical Technologists (AMT); Medical Assistant Certification from the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (C AAHEP); National Healthcare Association (NHA), Accreditation Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required within 90 days of hire.
