Lead Mfg Eng Technician

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician here at\nHoneywell, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations and\ndriving operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional\nteams to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, process\nimprovements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your role will\nplay a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing operations, reducing costs,\nand ensuring the highest level of product quality for Honeywell. You will\nreport directly to our Lead Manufacturing Engineer, and you'll work out of our\nColumbus, OH location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and\neffectiveness of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall\nsuccess of our operations. You will collaborate with various teams to identify\nareas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor their impact on\nproduction. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial\nin resolving manufacturing issues and driving continuous improvement. • Optimize manufacturing operations and drive operational\nexcellence

Minimum of 2 years’ operating CNC Lathe and MillExperience using Programming software (i.e. CAD, Creo)Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAttention to detailExperience with inspecting finished partsExperience with precision hand tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers)Ability to read blueprints
