Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to ensure flawless production processes as an SME (Subject Matter Expert).

Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company equipmentCoordinate work across team members and guide process improvementsDevelop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failuresMonitor equipment performance and suggest improvementsWork with engineers to design and develop new equipmentMaintain documentation for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingProvide support for troubleshooting equipmentConduct job trainings for employees as neededRequirements:Education: High School Diploma (Advanced Education in a scientific field is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered)Technical CertificationMinimum of 5+ years of technical mechanical and/or electrical experience or combination of experience and educationTechnical and leadership experience is preferredStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsRoot cause resolution approach

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $28.16/hr - $42.25/hr.
