Job Summary:
As a Lead Microelectronic Assembler, you will perform a variety of electronic assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing Surface mount Assembly on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to drawing specifications. Perform the various tasks necessary to assemble or rework electronic assemblies for production. This includes the documentation necessary to track the traveler and the assembler's performance.

10+ years of relevant work experience Experience with surface mount assembly Experience with debugging and solder assembly Familiar with substrate silver epoxy Experience performing detailed work under a microscopePreferred Qualification:
Microelectronics assembly skills, including the ability to recognize non-conformities Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible and changing environment with multiple competing deadlines ESD knowledgeable Hands-on experience working with silver-epoxy Experience with mechanical assembly
Full-Time Equivalent Salary Range: $49,400 - $98,800 for a Level IV / Lead at Marriottsville MD USA. The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees.
