Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $35–$38/hour ($72,800–$79,040 annual base salary) 3&3 Tech Flex Program: Choose one: $3,500 cash bonus 40 additional hours of floating holidays $3,500 in technical training Paid Time Off: 48 hours to start, increasing to 168 hours with tenure Paid Holidays: 7 per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas) 401(k) Match: 5% employer match

As a Lead Mobile Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our clients’ commercial properties. Your work ensures their investments are protected and operations run smoothly. Key duties include:

Mobile Maintenance: Operate from a fully equipped service vehicle to perform general repairs, small service projects, and deliver inspection/maintenance programs at client sites. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues with appliances, equipment, and building components (walls, windows, doors, etc.), including minor HVAC and plumbing support. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to confirm service requests, ensure satisfaction, and maintain professional communication. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations. Technical Expertise: Utilize power tools (drills, saws, etc.), provide repair estimates, and work safely at heights using ladders or platforms. Qualifications

Skills:

Proficiency with tools and equipment (e.g., ladders, power tools) Exceptional customer service and professional demeanor Strong focus and ability to manage tasks efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams Budget management and expense tracking Comfort using mobile technology (cellphones, tablets) for work orders, email, and collaboration platforms like Teams Experience working at heights

Experience:

Proven expertise in general commercial repairs, including painting, carpentry, and plumbing

Education & Training:
