About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Build, optimize, and maintain efficient data collection, flow, and pipeline for scalable data integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.

Work multi-functionally with business users from each department to compile requirement, test, validate, and roll out for EDW, Datamart, and Customer 360 view database.

Develop and deliver Power BI and advanced analytics solutions like ML or AI to improve decision making and coordinate company Key performance indicators for each department.

Analyse existing reports / dashboards and optimize them for standardization across the company.

Collect and maintain the set of new business reporting requirements.

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery with digital tools.

Work with business user, data engineers and analytics team to improve functionality in company data platform.

Timely provide technical support to project management team and end user as required.
