About the Role

- To develop data analytics solution for each department to improve decision making and monitor company Key Performance Indicators
- To help business user improve operational processes and improve efficiency by streamlining and automating processes with digital tools and/or RPA.

Data Analytics / Business Intelligence

Data Warehouse (DW)

Coordinate with multi-functionally with business users from each department to compile requirement for DW and DataMart.

Prioritize DW and DataMart features based on the business needs.

Own the end-to-end DW and DataMart development life cycle.

Lead the cost and benefit analysis (CBA) and case approval processes.

Monitor project Key Performance Indicators and success metrics including managing risks that can impact the project scope, budget, or timelines.

Data Visualization and Dashboard

Collect and maintain the set of new business reporting requirements.

Analyze existing reports / dashboards and optimize them for standardization across the company.

Develop and deliver Power BI and advanced analytics solutions like ML or AI to improve decision making and to monitor company Key Performance Indicators for each department.

Business Process Improvement and Automation

Analyze current processes and data to resolve problem areas in operational processes.

Recommend solutions to streamline operational processes or eliminate issues and improve  efficiency.

Apply and design RPA workflow (Power Automate, UiPath etc.) to help and improve the manual processing.

Technology Digital Analytics Strategic Projects

Take part in the conceptualization of the platform’s design and architecture.

Act as a business advisor to the technical team for the platform creation.

Lead the cost and benefit analysis (CBA) and case approval processes.

Monitor project Key Performance Indicators and success metrics including managing risks that can impact the project scope, budget, or timelines.

Management Reporting

Consolidate and prepare reports for senior managements and key strategic discussions.

Upgrade presentation with compelling chats, data visualizations, infographics that can help translate analysis into key insights and actions.
