Working Schedule: Work hours per day: 10 hrs/day Workdays per Week: 6 days/week Workday per Month: 26 days/month Work Location/Assignment Type: Qatar Onshore.

Job Purpose
As the Lead of Lessons Learned, you will champion the lessons learned process for the Projects, ensuring excellence in execution and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with project teams and contractors to drive best practices, optimize project outcomes, and embed a culture of knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Drive the Lessons Learned Process: Implement and manage a robust lessons learned framework for the Projects. Organize and lead lessons learned meetings with stakeholders and contractors. Ensure compliance with HSE principles and life-saving rules. Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Review lessons learned reports and share relevant insights with the project team. Maintain a centralized database for lessons learned, ensuring easy access for team members. Develop comprehensive reports summarizing lessons, best practices, and recommendations. Enhance Project Execution: Collaborate with project managers to integrate lessons into planning and execution. Identify potential risks, optimize costs, and reduce uncertainties in future projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with contractors and internal teams to foster a learning culture. Report regularly to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
  Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.   Professional Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience, including 5 years leading lessons learned processes in large-scale projects. Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, particularly with EPC contractors and vendors. Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.   Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and manage change.
