Lead Office Service Specialist - Law Firm

Job Description:

The Lead Office Services Specialist works closely with the Office Administrator regarding all service-related items. Duties will include copy/print, scanning, mailroom support, reception coverage, light admin duties. Will accurately communicate with the Office Administrator and client staff regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

Work independently on copy/print production assignments, often without direct supervision

Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked

Mailroom support including sorting, distribution and interoffice delivery

Work to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveries

Provide backup coverage at the reception desk as needed

Assist with light admin duties as needed

Other duties may include: hospitality services, facilities support, and supply inventory control & distribution

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years' work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environment

Ability to lead others in a professional manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints

Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

Scheduled Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday (In office / No remote work)

The Compensation range for this role is 21.87 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
