Job Description:The Process Lead is accountable for operational performance, including meeting and exceeding contractual performance standards for the respective servicesQualifications:

Knowledge:
• Advance knowledge in MS Excel / any other tools used in the process required
• Enhanced knowledge on SOPs & procedures for aligned process.
• Significant degree of Domain Expertise for aligned process.
• Ability to develop dashboard & measures to proactively manage multi- client level impacts and shares with the appropriate audience as per expected schedules
